سیسکو ،بزرگترین و معتبرترین شرکت در زمینه تولید تجهیزات حرفه ای شبکه می باشد.سالهای بسیاری است که محصولات سخت افزاری متفاوتی از جمله روترها،سوئیچ ها،VPN سرورهاو ... را تولید و به بازار عرضه می کند.ازجمله محصولات نرم افزاری شرکت سیسکو نیز می توان به تهیه سیستم عامل های مختلف جهت محصولات متفاوت خود، ابزارهای مانیتورینگ  و گزارش گیری و ابزارهای مدیریتی ، اشاره کرد.صاحبان شرکت های مختلف جهت طراحی و پیاده سازی و نگهداری شبکه های مبتنی بر سیسکو نیاز به متخصصین با مهارتهای بسیار بالا در زمینه محصولات این شرکت دارد.لذا شرکت سیسکو این امکان را فراهم کرده است تا افراد آموزش و مهارت لازم را کسب کرده و نهایتا موفق به اخذ مدرک مربوط به دوره مورد نظر شوند.                                                                                          دوره های آموزشی سیسکو در 4 سطح برگزار می شود:                                                                                                                                                                              - Entry Level : این سطح اولین سطح دوره های سیسکو می باشد که با نام CCENT نیز تعریف می شود.                                                                                                         -Associate : دومین سطح دوره های سیسکو می باشد که شامل دوره های آموزشی از جمله CCNA ،CCDA،CCNA Security،CCNA R&S،CCNA Wireless،Voice،.... می باشد.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             -Professional: سومین سطح دوره های سیسکو شامل دوره هایی از جمله CCNP R&S،CCNP Security،CCNP Voiceو....... می باشد.                                              

 -EXpert :سطح چهارم که آخرین و بالاترین سطح آموزشی دوره های سیکو می باشد و مدرک اخذ شده در این سطح CCIE گفته می شود.

 

CCNA:

این دوره که نخستین گام برای یادگیری سیسکو می باشد در سطح Associate  سیسکو برگزار می شود و این توانایی را به افراد علاقه مند می دهد که با انواع تقسیم بندی شبکه مانند Lan ، Wan و .. آشنا شده و قادر به طراحی  و راه اندازی این نوع شبکه ها باشند. همچنین افراد در این دوره با Device های سیسکو و نحوه کانفیگ آنها، انواع سوئیچینگ ،مسیریابی  و امنیت شبکه آشنا خواهند شد.
